1.     Why outsource your insurance follow-up?


Outsourcing is a proven method for increasing revenue while reducing labor costs.   By being pro-active we insure prompt insurance reimbursements and increase your office productivity.   Outsourcing allows you time to do what you do best...patient care.

 

2.     How do we get claims to you?


Claims can be picked up, faxed, mailed or submitted electronically.  Clients then have the ability to sign in online to check the status of A/R at anytime.

 

3.     How quickly can you be up and running?


The start-up process happens immediately, but we request 2-4 weeks to ensure the smoothest transition possible. We'll need some specific practice information to get started such as, practice name, address, NPI, Tax ID, provider numbers, fee schedule, insurance policy information to name a few.

 

4.     How do I know that my patient's information is secure?


We have state-of-the-art network that backs up all client data several times a day.   Our staff all sign confidentiality agreements and we don't give out any information over the phone to anyone but patients, or responsible parties.   We meet all HIPAA requirements.

 

5.     What are PMS fees?


Our services can be negotiated separately or all-inclusive.   Either approach directly ties our success with yours and creates an immediate incentive for us to work together toward the same goal.
